Till the last leaf drops, we pledge to try a new fall crop every Friday! We have had a blast trying these harvest vegetables and fruits with everyone and learning more about why they are so important for us to try. Below are some quotes from our health messengers on trying new foods and why!

"I would encourage my fellow athletes to try new fruits and vegetables because they're healthy and a good source of energy for any day. When you eat healthier you maintain healthier weight and with exercise you'll feel better without stomach pain, healthy eating helps the digestive system and is a good way to not be so sleepy and drained for the day or night. you'll get better rest and feel energized." - Nicole Villemaire, Health Messenger and Athlete

"Be open because they may very well taste better than you think." - Kate Bove, Health Messenger and Athlete

What is your favorite fruit or vegetable?
