UCS Soccer Tournament

SOVT is thrilled to be offering a 2021 UCS Soccer Tournament at Norwich on Monday, October 18th! Please register your school and ensure that participating athletes and Unified partners have all necessary paperwork submitted by Wednesday, October 13th.

School-based wellness paperwork: we will accept your school-based wellness paperwork - this is typically a doctor signed form allowing the student to participate in sports. (Check with your school nurse to reduce the hunt for these forms.)
Partners 16 years of age and older are required to complete Protective Behaviors Training
Please submit all required eligibility/participation documents at your earliest opportunity and no later than Wednesday, October 13th. Submit documentation to paperwork@vtso.org or mail to 16 Gregory Drive Suite 2, South Burlington, VT 05403.
