- UCS 101: overview of Unified Champion Schools Programming & methods of implementation
- Resource Sharing: opportunities for school liaisons to share their experiences with Unified Champion School (UCS) programming and for new liaisons to ask questions
- UCS Coach Training
- Youth Leadership information

Local Program Day - Saturday, December 11th
In no particular order, topics may include:
- a 6-12 month strategic plan overview
- HOD Roundtable: programs will have the chance to share about their year
- Coaching Training Sessions and Intro to Athlete Leadership Training
- Program Administration for HODs/management teams
