Now in its 26th year, the Special Olympics Vermont Penguin Plunge event series supports a movement that works year-round to foster inclusion and acceptance of people with intellectual disabilities by using the power of sport to showcase their gifts and abilities.

About the Event
We are hopeful to be able to host a re-imagined event, in person, at the Burlington Waterfront, understanding there will be limitations. We are also committed to creating an opportunity to join the Plunge remotely, providing access for all who wish to join us. There will be water, you will be cold, you will have goosebumps, whether it's at the Burlington Waterfront, at home, or somewhere in between.
