The Program Manager is broadly responsible for design and execution of activities and events to engage Young Athlete, Unified Champion School, SO College, and Community Program participants. These activities will promote physical and mental health and physical fitness.
The Program Coordinator plays a key supporting role on Special Olympics Vermont’s team. The primary responsibility of this role is to work closely with the Program Team and Events staff to provide administrative support behind the scenes and at events. Priorities for this role include but are not limited to, completing logistical elements of program team projects; answering questions from all key program volunteers; inputting event registration for athletes and coaches; recruiting, managing and overseeing volunteers on event days.

Administrative & Operations Assistant
The Administrative & Operations Assistant (AOA) plays a key supporting role on Special Olympics Vermont’s team, working closely with the President & CEO to perform efficient and impactful office operational tasks that facilitate the leadership work of the organization, including the Board of Directors. The primary responsibility of this role is to manage administrative tasks with accuracy and a sense of urgency. The AOA engages in on-going data management - entry, updating, reporting and communicating to support Special Olympics Vermont’s network of athletes, families, donors, volunteers, and staff.
