HEALTHY ATHLETES

At this year's Summer Games we are excited to be  hosting two Healthy Athletes Screenings: Opening Eyes and Special Smiles!  We also will be hosting a health education station focusing on nutrition, physical fitness, hydration, and sun safety.

Healthy Athletes Screenings are not just opportunities for athletes, it is also an opportunity for healthcare professionals and students to learn more about how to provide inclusive health practices to people with intellectual and developmental disabilities.
