Law enforcement/public safety officers participate in this three day running event from May 30-June 1. Participants run/walk/bike/etc. with the “Flame of Hope” from the four corners of Vermont to the Final Leg hosted by the Best Western Inn & Conference Center in South Burlington, VT. Over the course of three days, the “Flame of Hope” makes its way through the state, raising awareness of Special Olympics Vermont and people with intellectual disabilities. Local program athletes, schools and the public are invited to participate in this event. For more information about the date/time the torch will pass through your town/county, please contact your local Torch Run coordinator.
